"Please train employees how to properly fill a “filled” donut! This is the 3rd time I got Vanilla Crème and every time there wasn’t even a teaspoon of filling inside!! Every time!! Purchased at 10am and donuts were half stale already!! I don’t get donuts often but now I have one close. Extremely disappointed that I can’t get a filled donut that is actually filled!"
"I came around lunch, and it wasn't busy, I asked the lady what special donuts they had, and she was very nice and explained what it was and what it contained. I ordered 2 donuts and a coolatta, and they got my food and drink right. The donuts were absolutely fresh, I've never had a donut this good from Dunkin Donuts before. I marked it a 4* because I usually think that Coolattas get Whip cream, but it isn't a big deal. Other then that, great job!"
