"I been having awful experiences las/ few years, well I filled last year and I had one 2019 w2 also for 1 day and she would add it to the 2020 ones I had. I had to pay $85 or $90 to file 2019 w2 first b4 I could file my 4 w2's from 2020. Well I never got my return just a letter from treasury saying they was taking my refund so I assumed she filled the 2020. The lady said she did and that my fee would be taken out of my refund of like $700. Well, I went in this year on April 16th 2021 the last day to file. She told my that last year's didn't get filled and said awaiting another w2. No I brought in mine then part of it said it was filled. She gave me my h&r block debit card and all. Well the lady tells me she's gonna file it with this year's w'2. I'm like ok . I've called and called and can't get ahold of her. The older lady is in there but she's sweet but greedy n gets you only the medium and that's how she makes the employees do. I asked for call back. No response, no letter updated me or nothing and I already owe the i.r.s. so this is gonna be iceing on the cake."

"Had a letter from SC Department of Revenue that i owe money and it was due to a software program when i called they told me even with the piece of mind they would not take care of it and H&R Block Corp would not either. Been using them for years all i got was a sorry and that they would not charge me next year for doing my taxes. Well it was a $2000 software mistake i may find someone else guess there piece of mind weather you have it or not they do not care about there customers like all other companies get your money and move on. SMH"
