"I went to Dunkin this morning at 7:59am ordered my usual Butter Pecan Iced Coffee With Cream and Sugar. I couldn’t taste the flavor nor the cream or sugar. I took the coffee back to say i can’t taste it. The drive through lady instructed the lady not to take the cup. They handed me liquid sugar. So I said you have the cup filled to the max how am I supposed to pour this in without spilling. The entire store INCLUDING the manager just looked at me as if I had to figure it out. Nobody said much of nothing to me to even ATTEMPT to accommodate a customer. Needless to say i poured the coffee out it still was not good, and I went to Starbucks. Customer Service today was terrible and I doubt if i’ll be back. I didn’t over $300 at this location last month. Very disappointed"

"Literally have been here to many times and most of the time I get refused a frozen drink. I came here today to get my normal order, I wanted to add on a 3 cnt of munchkins to be told they were to busy to do so- yet while I waited the 5 min for my drink they could have gave me munchkins. They didn’t correctly make the drink I ordered so I went into the building to have it made correctly, my experience inside the building was with KELLY whom didn’t seem to like her job or couldn’t handle the fact they were busy, she didn’t even want to hear what I had to say and was rolling her eyes about the situation of remaking my drink. The remake of the drink was also incorrect. I will never return to this location."

"Found a long black hair in my bacon…nasty food and real nasty attitudes. If you don’t wanna be there at 5AM, don’t come in but don’t be rude to the customers who have jobs early as well. No hair net was on the 2 ladies making the food so I guess that’s why I had her hair in my food. After that, I will never come back to this Dunkin."

"I ordered a caramel craze latte hot and when I went to drink it, it was hot milk, a little caramel drizzle topped with cinnamon and not even 3/4 of the way full. There was 0 coffee in it. At this point when I took a drink I had already pulled out of the drive thru to go back to work. It’s a coffee shop I didn’t order hot milk. Look at your drinks prior to leaving!"
