"Starbucks in boiling springs always has a line wrapped around the building and is not very fast at all. I've waited in line 10 to 15 minutes at least many times. The staff has definitely improved. They are very attentive to your order and always very pleasant when you finally reach the drive-thru window. The parking lot is very small and appears to be a huge accident waiting to happen. With Boiling Springs growing as quickly as it is, this Starbucks should be moved to a stand-alone large store with adequate parking and a nice patio with comfortable seating like the store in Woodruff!!"
"Good product and service. However, I do not like the tip prompt after you slide your card to pay for coffee. Why do y'all do this? It creates a very awkward experience vs an enjoyable experience. I am not at a sit down restaurant. You're handing me coffee or a pastry out of a window. Can you please fix this? The prices are high enough as it is. This tip stuff has gotten out of control."
"Can't leave the parking lot as the only 2 lanes used for orders. 2 lanes blocked by drive through cars. So if you have an emergency you are trapped. You can't leave the place. This is unsafe in case of fire, terror, etc."
