Benefits In A Card

"First off, I don't really write reviews - but this had to be said. I 100% know that I am not the only employee who feels this way, but I will be someone to vocalize, for future employees and current. The "team lead" does nothing, rarely helps out, has been on personal phone numerous times instead of hopping in and assisting others when busy. Also tried to get in contact from both director and supervisor, but no response after a couple of attempts. This is a place where things are said, but no action is taken whatsoever. Your hopes just stay up to be put down. Management is not good, and sometimes one feels belittled, but HR department has helped when supervisors haven't. You are given more tasks - then what you are supposed to be paid for. My coworkers there go above and beyond, but their work is not acknowledged, so to the coworkers there now, keep up the good work, but always remember your worth. I am hopeful that things will change for the better."

"Horrible company to work for… very unprofessional and toxic work environment. Not a place you can excel in. The management is horrible but as long as you flirt with the supervisor you shouldn’t have any problems. A lot of hippa violations going on in this place. Customer rights are violated because employees have there phones out working with social security numbers . the supervisor is too hungover to do his job so he makes everyone else do his work. He also gossips to other employees. You will never get a raise or any incentives promised to you.. the whole HR team quit. Which says a lot.."

"I have been paying for this insurance for 6 months it's expensive and I tried every doctor on the list and can't find one doctor or dentist that takes the insurance most of the providers list must not be updated but when you call customer service they don't care or pretend they are shocked to know you can't find a provider the us insured healthcare fine is cheaper than the healthcare premium so I have paid on average 2400.00 for service I need but can't use."

"Dont do it!!!! Go get private insurance. Took them a month to enroll me and then another 2 weeks to get my card, so paying for coverage I couldn't use even though they will tell you you can. You better ask you doctor none of mine would see me with new insurance unless I had a card (not a print out). They are expensive and coverage is crap. I went from 15.00 prescription cost to 155.00. Had to stop all medication as I could not afford to pay that for 1 script. Good luck finding a provider also as I found they do not update their provider list. Save yourself time and energy....look for other coverage."
