"When you shop here before you purchase anything read the paper posted on the register. It has a list of things that are apart of their policies now. What they will refund or not an etc. You can't try anything on because the fitting rooms are closed it was because of covid, but that was over 4 years ago at this point. They want you coming back and forth. If your clothes don't fit waste more gas coming back to find something else or just get your money an go somewhere else. Definitely keep up with the receipt. Management don't care they say it's because they are following company policies. The store associates just stare at you with mean mugs. It feels like get what you want an go. This company sucks I don't care how cheap they are. Nothings going to change!...Shop with Shein"

"No dressing rooms! Rude staff & they turned the lights off on us while shopping @7:42 and they don’t close until 8"

"Love it here. Great prices. Cute clothes, shoes, and accessories. The only thing that throws off the experience is NO DRESSING ROOMS. This stops me from going. Let me add that they will tell you NO REFUND at the counter. No dressing and no refund. No thank you!"

"Very rude, Check out the clothes for my baby and started going outside of the store. The buzzer went off in the store. The lady called my back and she did she grab the bag out of my hand rudely. It was their fault anyways because one of their employee for got to take off the dang. I'm definitely not coming back and hope that store goes out of business"
