"Tracy, the manager on shift yesterday evening = thumbs down! If the customer orders Mocha or Motcha and there’s been a mistake, just fix it! You had the opportunity to deliver a positive customer service experience but being right was more important to you Tracy. That’s the way to lose customers. And it seems like previous reviews point to you as the culprit of other negative reviews. Starbucks should be addressing this."

"Tracy, the manager, is rude. My daughter used a gift card to order a drink, and Tracy added the wrong drink to the order. When my daughter asked for the correct drink, she kept giving her a hard time and wouldn't correct the order. The drink she gave her is not something my daughter even likes, so we know she wouldn't order it. When we went back in to ask for it to be corrected, she argued with us and was unwilling to make it right. Terrible customer service and not at all a good reflection on Starbucks generally."

"Terrible customer service because of a terrible manager. My niece ordered a Matcha Frappuccino and was given a mocha Frappuccino. Tracy, manager, refused to make it right and claimed my niece ordered mocha. She does not even like mocha, so there is no way she would have accidentally ordered this. Absolutely ridiculous to hold firm on this when it would have been so simple to just make it right."

"Starbucks…I missed the tables and chairs inside! Tables were outside but it was raining and a thunderstorm approaching! Therefore, we have to wait in the building hall. My favorite cold drink was as usual cold and very good! Customer welcoming was as my dink…very cold! Please return the tables, the chairs and the customer oriented personnel … this place must be renamed. It is not a STARBUCKS any more . Pick-up counter was dirty although floor seemed to be better ( mopped ). My photos showed how lonely was that place (empty…of customer oriented employees and no customers talkings)"
