"Went through the drive through. I wanted to get the red Starbucks cup that was on display at the window but they couldn't sell it and didn't have anymore...kind of a bummer. But the girl at the window was super nice and the coffees were delicious!"

"I really love the Starbucks brand, and this location used to do an amazing job, but the last three times I've stopped in to get a latte, every single one is way under filled (or over whip creamed maybe in this instance since usually I don't ask for whip, and request no foam, no room so they'll fill it to the top). It's frustrating to have learned from the batistas exactly how to order your coffee so it will be full, and continue to see under filled lattes again and again. I hope management has a conversation with their staff, because while the staff seems super nice, they're missing the mark on drink execution."

"This by far was my worst Starbucks visit. My order was wrong and when I went in for them to correct the service was not up to par. I showed them my mobile order via phone and they didn’t bother to look or listen making it wrong a second time. I finally left with what he made and settled bedause I had somewhere to be which is obviously why I placed a mobile order. Then I got in my car to eat my breakfast sandwich only yo find out the bacon Gouda egg sandwich doesn’t come with bacon! Wow by far the worst visit. Out of 5 items ordered 3 of them were wrong. When I called the manager of the store I had to get her attention to listen to me because she cut me off twice when I tried to explain my reason for calling was not to complain about my visit but to inform them about the sandwich. Leadership please get involved with the training at this location from the manager to the staff. There was only one person who was helpful and that was the lady when I first walked in."

"This is a go to location. They often always have my order done before I even know it but this morning around 9:50 am, it us understanding that the young lady was doing her job within taking orders but the location that she stood at allowed traffic to begin to build and caused trouble for me and my child to leave. It delayed us by almost a full 5 minutes even after I tried to call out to her to ask/suggest she kindly move up to allow traffic flow and exiting to be far more easier. The young lady barely budged an inch. Please address this with your store to stand at a proper area to take orders that way small and big vehicles won't have to struggle to enter and leave your store. The young lady also was very snappy, only stating it's the stores system. Which is understanding but a system shouldn't hinder customer service or delay a customer from smoothly leaving especially as the parking lot is small as it is."
