"My cousin and I walked in and saw a “60% off Tanks“ sign above these tanks. We both decided to get one and I also got one of the bralettes as well. We walked up to the register and I greeted the young lady and she just looked annoyed. The total came out to $80 something dollars and we asked her how much the tanks were. She said that each top was $20 something, and we explained to her that there was a 60% off sign above the tanks. She went to check and then came back to explain to us that the only sales in the store were the 70% off on the sale rack and the 25% off the bralettes. My cousin and I just kind of stared at each other and told the worker that we’ll just get the bralette. She did not even apologize when she put my bralette in the bag, she kind of just tossed the bag to me and said, “Here you go, have a good one” in an annoyed tone. My cousin and I looked back at the tanks we were going to get and realized that the worker did not even remove the 60% off sign. We asked another worker who appeared older, but she seemed nice and she called another one of her co workers to come over and do a price check. The young lady that was called over was sweet and apologized, and even took off the sign. She had brown hair, wore a black top and grey sweatpants, and uggs. To be honest, my cousin and I thought that the first rude young lady would at least compensate for the price error, but she lacked customer service skills for sure. She has blonde hair, wore a bright pink top and a black shoulder cover or cropped black jacket. My cousin and I love Aerie, but why do they hire the rudest girls with no customer service skills?"
"Seen multiple reviews about the girls who work here are rude and I can definitely agree to them. I walk in and had a question asked the 2 little girls at the front who first didn’t greet me at all as I came in, just stared at me and looked me up and down and made whispers to each other. I asked them my question, and they look at each other, laugh, and answered my question in the rudest tone possible. Continued to just stare at me like I was stupid and laughed and kept making little comments to each other. I walk away and they still continue to watch me and speak amongst each other. Like are you girls still in high school or something?? Super rude people. I mentioned this to the manager and her facial expressions seemed as if she didn’t even care about the whole situation. She kept saying like “ok. ok. ok.” Didnt even apologize to me and barely ever listened to me. She honestly looked stoned her eyes were very low and she just did not look professional at all. How horrible for such a great store. The ONLY person who had EXCEPTIONAL customer service was the girl at the cash register, super sweet, made conversation with me. Didn’t get her name but she also works at Lululemon. Super sweet girl. The others, horrible. They do NOT need jobs anymore."
"the comment below me about the girls who work here being rude is correct. the only friendly girl was working behind the cash register, i complimented her purple hair and she was very sweet. the rest of them didn’t say a word to us or ask if we needed help. one worker made an ugly comment to another while i was standing between them and i could have sworn it was towards me since the other girl replied “shut up” to hush her friend. even if it wasn’t aimed at me, it made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. aerie is all about kindness between girls and accepting everyone so maybe this store should re-evaluate their staff."
"i couldn’t be more pleased with my shopping experience today! vivian was very helpful with my sizing and with the overall shopping experience 11/10 recommend her when going to aerie! she made me feel very welcomed. i know a lot of girls struggle with bra shopping because of personal reasons (me being one of them!) but she made sure i was pleased with everything by showing me many different sizes & styles! like i said i couldn’t have felt more comfortablen"
"My first visit to the store and Mattie the sales associate was so helpful. She was working in the dressing room area and was eager to get me other sizes and offer her opinion when I needed it. She truly seemed to enjoy her job! It was a pleasure to shop with her!!!"
