"The food was great, but there is a worker that works at this location with the worst attitude I have ever seen in customer service. She created a negative atmosphere so bad that I couldn’t finish eating. I had to walk out. Anytime she is working while I’m there it sounds like she wants to fight every person she talks too. I don’t know if she is hurt or what but this attitude is disgusting and makes me want to throw up all the good food I just ate. I give her a -1 star. The rest of the staff was pleasant. Her loud mouth ruins the brand. Maybe that attitude would fly at her house talking to her dogs. I wanted to shed light on this because it’s important to know what you are there for. No one wants to wake up in the morning period but I’d rather wake up at 3am every morning without a coffee, then wake up and spend my money to hear her attitude."

"My visit was after providing a blood sample at a nearby clinic. There was no issue about switching to a 10:30 lunch menu. There was also no line. There were no kids. The sourdough sandwich toasted,tasty, and freshly prepared. The coffee was strong and delicious. I wrote in my planner in a Sea of Tranquility."

"Will never visit this location again. Waited in the drive thru line for 5 min without moving, so I parked and went inside. Waited 5-7 minutes at the counter before being told they’d be with me as soon as they could as they were trying to catch up. Watched the drive thru line begin moving faster. Finally had someone ring my order, but the process was slow because no matter what I said, she would enter what she wanted - ended up having to redo my order twice, and still had to confirm what I had said the last time. After being rang up and the cashier was picking donuts, the manager came around and loudly and rudely tell her “If they’re going to get maple glazed again, they’ll have to pre-order at least a day ahead it as they only send us a dozen, just like the chocolate. So you tell customers no next time.” Mind you, I ordered 6 maple and no chocolate out of all the donuts I ordered, and they had 12 maple sitting on the shelf. The least you could do is not be so rude to your staff in front of customers about the customer’s order after you made the customer sit and wait. At least the donuts and donut holes tasted good."

"Super friendly staff and the store was clean. No complaints today. That said there have been staffing issues in the past where they have low inventory and close down everything but the drive through. Today the staff was very sweet and even gave my kids free donuts. This visit was a polar opposite of one a while ago."
