"I love Cato, and usually find great pieces here! However, one of the employees today was very loud, and was even talking a personal call. I am not sure whether or not she was on the clock at this time, but you should still never speak like this at your place of work. Very loud on the phone, to where ANYONE in this store could hear her conversation. Calling the person on the phone “big” and they needed to shop in the “big girls section”. Anyone who shops at Cato knows they have a plus sized section of the store, as well as a smaller woman’s sized section. It was very rude, uncomfortable, and obnoxious. Please teach your employees to take personal calls (whether on the clock, or not) outside or maybe not be so loud that everyone can hear you. That being said, the lady who checked me out, was very kind. I will be back of course, this just was a bad experience."

"Don't remember ever going into this store......and will not come back. Workers yacking with a customer I believe they knew personally. No one ever greeted me or asked me if I needed help. I never was acknowledged even when leaving. No customer service....no can shop with you."

"Love love love!!! This store is nothing like I remember from years ago. They are constantly getting new things. The staff is super sweet and helpful. Highly recommend if you like really unique clothes at a decent price. I compare them to my favorite which is shopping at Cracker Barrel"

"Store is well kepted, price is reasonable, quality of the closes (in my opinion) is Fair. Stuff always looks at me as if I'm going to rob them.. maybe it's cuz I'm in my construction clothes.. lol I don't know. Few times I've been there I've always bought something.. it's worth checking out just don't wear a neon vest and steel-toed boots."
