"Upon entering the store, I was not greeted. After trying on a few tops, I was looking at the earrings and bracelets. This is when things took a turn for the worst. I asked what time it was in order to make sure I did not keep her past the 9pm closing time. I also mentioned that another major department store announces to store patrons in person that they are closing 30-45 minutes prior to closing time. I said I never had the luxury of leaving prior to my scheduled hours. This triggered something in this very angry woman. She was disrespectful and made me extremely uncomfortable."
