"Needed a porch painted and purchased high quality paint for the gentleman doing the job. This guy told me that the customer didn’t matter, I purchased cheap paint, and that he came and did the job and that was sufficient. If you want a quick fix with low standards, give them a call."

"We have been given nothing but excuses for why a simple barn door assembly and installation cannot be done correctly. They requested pictures and promised me a different contractor to come make adjustments. The ORIGINAL contractors arrived and told me "their boss" wouldn't allow them to make the changes I requested. What happened to "The Customer is Always Right??" I've been waiting 2 weeks for a call from the supervisor. If I could leave a review for zero stars I would."

"WARNING!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I was promised a 2 week turnaround. 2 weeks turned into 8 months! The contractor would show up for a couple hours then not come back for weeks at a time. I was double charged for many items and even charged 3 different times for the kitchen sink installation. The contractor lied and said completed work and never actually did it, but I still received the bill. I told the company that this particular contractor was not allowed on my property anymore, but they still sent him back to complete the work he lied about doing. I EVEN CAUGHT HIM SMOKING A CIGARETTE INSIDE MY HOUSE!! Not on the porch, inside my house! They finally sent new contractors to finish the job. I asked for a quote to paint the house because I was curious what the cost would be. I used to work at Lowe's so I was wondering if it would just be easier for me to do it using my discount or have them do it. They went ahead and painted the house without me giving the go-ahead. Fine. Its done so ill just pay that. When I received my final bill, their was a bill for almost $3,000 that said "miscellaneous work". I did not approve this work nor could they even explain what this $3,000 of miscellaneous labor was!! They just demanded I had to pay for it. I paid my final bill, about $8k, but not the $3k of miscellaneous work they couldn't explain.( nor did I sign off on) I then received a text message from Greg who is the manager i believe, saying, " EVERYONE HAS THEIR JUDGMENT DAY!" Extremely unprofessional company I hope this feedback prevents you from making the same mistake I made"

Andy On-Call was courteous and upfront about pricing when I inquired about the services, they showed up promptly, sent friendly employees, and appear to have completed the tasks correctly. I called Andy on Call and they sent Allen to look at repairing my air conditioner, leaky faucets and wiring issues. He gave me a very fair quote on the work. He showed up as promised and finished right on time. Allen was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. As a single mom I felt very comfortable having Allen and his helper in my home. My realtor suggested that replacing my siding would get me a much better sales price, so I had Andy on Call quote on installing vinyl siding on my home.
