"Curtis and his buddy, Adam did a fantastic job in doing custom installations of a microwave and a Kitchen hood that required some electrical junction box installs with different voltage settings, widening of the microwave cabinet as well as dropping down the kitchen hood so that it could be connected to the earlier duct as well as suck out the air without reducing the efficiency. Curtis had explained to me earlier as to how he goes about charging his customers especially when a lot of things are unknown. And oh boy, much to my surprise, none of the appliances I purchased was fitting by default and Curtis gave me a breakdown of the extra costs(at my insistence to do it my way) after carefully assessing and kept his word in the end regarding the costs! The thing I liked about him is he is a true professional who knows exactly what he is doing(very confident and extremely polite demeanor), what it takes to get the job done and gives you options to possibly reduce the costs, yet respects what the customer ultimately wants. Curtis can also easily fill in for a plumber or an electrician or pretty much any other handyman work that one can think of. Again, the flexibility to work with the customer and get it done for the price quoted is what is I liked about him the most. He is also very quick with responding and spent the time researching my appliances. Would definitely engage him again in the future.."
