"The tech Shawn is so nice. However, the last two times she’s been late. This time she was an hour and a half late. I have things to do and had to actually cancel my dentist appointment. And the prices are just way to high for the quality of work. The last time she groomed Duke, my Yorkie m, I wanted him cut short with a Teddy Bear face. When she was done, he looked like Doby the elf from Harry Potter. This time, I sent her a specific picture that I wanted for our pup Coco and she still looked nothing like the picture. However, she was still cute. It’s frustrating when you pay 75$ for a pup full groom and don’t get what you want. This will be my last time using their services."

"Although Sapphire was a delight, I would never use their service again. Their prices were so much higher than any other groomer but I was willing to pay a little extra for the convenience. Big mistake. They kept adding additional charges for things you expect from a groomer. $78 for grooming but I was also charged an additional $15 for “matting”. On a Yorkie? I was also stood up for numerous appointments. I paid $180 for 2 dogs under 15 lbs."
