"First of all my elderly mom has been bringing her baby Sam...shitzu to you for grooming. He will not be returning to you. She called yall about yall cutting his face and you said bring him next weekend...who does that...he needs vet care. I just seen him and broke my heart what you done to him...couldnt even call my mom or tell them when they picked him up. Two times you cut his stomach didnt tell her...this time you cut his stomach...had his foot bleeding...and omg the cut to the side of his face below his ear this time is heartbreaking what he went thru while with you. You usually trim his ear hair short but you didnt this time now we know why. He came to you Wednesday June 6th and you coulnt even tell my elderly parents what you done...but to bring him next weekend to look at him...are you serious. This should have been addressed that day and sent him to his vet for treatment and antibiotic. It still looks bad so i know then it needed stiches. I would appreciate it for you to contact my mom immediately and send her baby to her vet...he doesnt need to come to you and he wont again..i will post this review EVERYWHERE to let people know not only what you done but the fact that you do this and not even call them. You are in the wrong kind of business and should not be working with any animals. She will be waiting for your call to send Sam to her vet. Thank you. Feel free to contact me as well!"
