"Dark haired guy at the counter acted really rude even when I was nice so management needs to check into that. Maybe he was tired or having a bad day but that’s no reason to treat me like that. All I wanted to do was cash in a lottery ticket and forgot to of course scratch the barcode off. Acted like I ruined his day by forgetting. Pretty poor customer service."

"The one nearest to me, (111 I believe) has always been a great experience. The staff have always been super courteous and are a great delight when it comes to my daily routine. Over the years, some of the management have come and gone due to needs at other sites, but the next up is always just as sharp as their predecessor. I’d just really like to give a special thanks to those leaders as they’ve kept a solid crew intact throughout the transitions—-which I know from personal experience isn’t easy. Austin runs the show now and it’s pretty obvious that that dude is customer centric as well respectful to his staff. Anyway, I just wanted to write a review and show some love to my unofficial extended family at Spinx on Fairview. Thank you for all that you do."
