"I hardly ever rate a place below a 4 star at the least unless it's inevitable due to certain circumstances that are just not good. The store is and has been packed with carts of boxes on top of boxes of unstocked items(food mostly). Blocking the aisles and making it very difficult to get through in most spots. Today the freezer section was completely emptied out with lights on still and felt cold so didn't look like it was a mechanical issue with keeping frozen foods frozen. They were lots of boxes lined up the aisle and into the back room. Those was side wall freezers about 4 of them. The back wall is lined with freezers as well and over 9 was empty there also. Same issue..they were good and cold, lights were on but empty. The main aisle was packed to where I had to turn sideways with my basket to squeeze between the boxes and the freezers. The last few on the end had cheese, eggs, bacon and milk. One employee was outside smoking by the front door as the other tried walking out when I arrived lighting up a cigarette right out the door. But had customers ready to check out that she didn't notice I'm assuming. Normally the employees are behind the counter waiting and polite most of the time. There is 1 or 2 specific ones that are not friendly and have bad energy as if they don't want to be dealing with you at all or that job in general. So my normal 4 star rating is not going to be applied today. I wasn't satisfied with how this store looked, the mess of products everywhere and the rows and rows of unopened items needing to be stocked. With workers there to do so but choosing to smoke where there was no customer to ring up instead of stocking. If they aren't smoking, they are eating behind the counter. Which I get. I don't know how many hours they have been there and you got to eat. It's just the lack of prioritizing what was in need of being done. I will be skipping this store again for a while like I've done in the past. And hopefully by my next visit they will be more organized and on top of their responsibilities."

"This place is an absolute crape hole. AK Asked to use the restroom (after spending my money), the lady behind the counter said it was out of order. I sensed she was lying. I replied, "it wasn't working 2 weeks ago either". She replied " uh, umm, it's been broken for 3 months". I replied, " 3 months huh"? She said yes, we have been waiting on a certain part to fix it. I added, "so where do go to the bathroom"? She paused and said, " we have our own bathroom". I know this review will fall on deaf ears because we are talking about family dollar. But what the heck, right."

"Customer service is on a power trip. Certain employees enjoy having attitudes to customers and refuses to offer any kind of help and answers questions while making fun of others. Bullying and picking on any human is evil and if you are not friends with these employees then you are subject to their hatred. When shopping here wear a mask and protect yourself from the disease of evil. I do not plan on watching another customer be tormented by a unstable unhinged employee ever again."

"Some days are better then others and I'm sure it's the customer or the employee that causes this at different times. But besides that it quick and Convenient. Seems to mostly have what I'm needing in a split min..OTHER than the can dog food they're out a lot at the few near me that is."

"The only complaint was that the isles were crowded with boxes you had to move just to be able to walk thru. Glad I didn't have a buggy!! But it is Christmas time...."
