"Fabulous experience at Kane today! After a poor experience with another local groomer when our Bernedoodle was 4 months old & they claimed he was too difficult to groom, Kane came highly recommended by some friends. I am so impressed by this family business & could not be happier we found them. Otto is now 6 months old and a crazy puppy. He came flying in the door guns a blazin’ and jumping all over, but they were SO understanding and not at all intimidated by a hyper puppy. They took their time to get to know him and understand his personality. They gave me so much great feedback on how I can continue to work with him & HE CAN FINALLY SEE AGAIN! lol. I know it wasn’t an easy groom, but they didn’t make me feel bad about it in the slightest and were so incredibly welcoming. They truly have a love for dogs that shines through in the quality of their work & their business. We will absolutely be permanent customers!"
