Reviews of Dog Psychology and Training Center
"Our journey started with DPTC with the most honest conversation I could have ever expected about our dog aggressive dog. They never made any promises they couldn’t keep and recommended we rehome the dog. That is what we ended up doing with one of our dogs, but we had 2 more. We are nearing the end of our training for our American Bullies. I have seen a huge improvement in their behaviors. I like that I get to bring them home on the weekend to work with them on their skills. They used to jump on everyone when they came through the door, now I can get them to sit in a place I designate until I release them. I can also walk them on a leash without them pulling me and taking me for a walk. These are just a few of the things they have gotten from the training. Thank you so much to Eric, Krystal, and Cash."
"At first, my husband and I were hesitant to bring our puppy Rosie to DPTC because we'd had dogs in our family all our lives and we thought we knew what we were doing. We were wrong. Rosie would have eventually gotten to be the joy she's becoming, but it would have been a very bumpy road for Rosie, my husband, me and our senior dog. Cash and Eric were patient with us and Rosie. Always focused on everyone being successful and adding value to each other lives. Senior citizens can learn new tricks after all! Many thanks!"
"It was a great experience, and the folks at DPTC are very professional, courteous, and really know dogs. We sent Bo to DPTC 2 years ago and he is so well behaved, he’s quite the gentlemen! So, we just sent Cam when he turned 8 months old. Cam is truly a different dog, and we are so happy we used DPTC (again). We now have the tools to manage both dogs. I highly recommend DPTC."
"Had the pleasure of having one of the first to be trained by Dog Psychology at their current location. Hannah was treated as one of their own and after 7 years she still impresses all she meets of the training received. I highly recommend if you wish to have a dog companion who responds to both voice or hand signals and be one to be proud, she's yours. This is where the dog should receive their training."
"Our dog Tilly was effectively trained. After some practice following the go home orientation, we were able to effectively use the e-collar and leash in addition to voice commands. Once we practiced, we could really appreciate the results of the training. After the follow up orientation, we were able to build on our experience in the first week post training. We were able to easily establish the livability commands at our home. Our puppy is still energetic, happy, fun curious and excited! But now she behaves with her sister, in the house, on walks, everywhere. And she listens now!!!!! This training has made raising an energetic puppy 'easy' compared to the first 19 weeks!!!"
