"Suzette is so patient with my dogs. I have one that’s just all puppy and another that’s just an old lady that really doesn’t want to be bothered. Suzette manages to spoil both of them. Hattie is a 13-year old Great Pyrenees mix that hadn’t been properly groomed In years. Suzette worked for hours bathing her, trimming her nails, and gently combing out all the mats. Molly, our young golden retriever, is always excited when she finds out she’s going to Shampoooches. I would never take Molly to anyone else. Molly had major surgery. The incision ran down her side. It was tender for a long time. Suzette was wonderful. She was very gentle, took her time, and continually reassured Molly that everything was OK. Molly and Hattie love to go see Suzette. And so do I! Suzette always goes the extra mile! She never disappoints me!"
