"I have been taking my dogs to The Dog Spa for years. When I first started going there I only had one dog. I am now up to 4. I highly recommend The Dog Spa. My dogs all have some sort of issue, weather it be anxiety, or fear. The team at The Dog Spa have always been patient and kind with my pups. They work with them and do everything possible to be sure they are groomed all while making sure they are comfortable and happy. I love that the team gets to know my dogs and their habits, what they like and dislike. They really treat them like family."

"BEWARE! Do not take your dog to this grooming company! Sadly took my golden doodle here and asked for a shorter summer cut along with showing an inspiration picture to them. Later came to pick my dog up and they had shaved her down to the skin all over without notifying me nor did it look anything like the picture I had shown them. The lady who cut her hair was not there when I picker her up and the secretary was incredibly rude and short with me. Several of the groomers were also yelling at the dogs and being incredibly unprofessional when I was checking out. They ended up charging me $120 for a bath and groom which I thought was slightly steep but with how inflation has been went ahead and paid along with a tip not thinking much more about it. Got my dog in the car and she appeared incredibly anxious which is not like her. When I got home I noticed she was bleeding in two spots on her back where they had nicked her with the clippers. Several days later she started obsessively licking the underside of her tail and wimpering- after inspecting found another deeper gash from the clippers which was developing an angry infection. As a result took her to my vet to be examined and she was put on antibiotics . Needless to say this place is the worst facility I have ever experienced with my dogs and it should be shut down. I suggest anyone who loves and cares for their fur baby to not let them experience this sort of trauma and abuse. I repeat do not go here!!! HORRIBLE!!! Go anywhere but here!!"
