"If I could rate zero stars I would. I called for a quote she was very rude. Put down other local groomers that I happen to know very well. Told me I didn’t know what type of dog I had pretty much. (Witch I do) and when I told her I would think about it that I was trying to get someone to groom my babies before November witch is when the normal groomer I take my babies too could do it. She told me she didn’t know what I was doing or wanting but why don’t I just wait till November when my normal groomer could do it. She was very hateful and talked bad about a really good local groomer saying they just didn’t wanna groom my babies and that they probably had a hard time with my babies is why they won’t do it till November. Pretty much saying no one is booked that far. Very hateful and most definitely won’t be taking my babies to her!"

"It was my first time using this business. There was only one lady there. She yanked my dog's leg when he resisted her using the electric nail file. She was so harsh that I told her I was going back there to hold him. There was no assistant. Then she said they only take cash or check. I will NEVER go there again. The kennels I saw were only suitable for a vet's office for use after a surgery when mobility is to be limited."

"I took my dog there for about 10 days. He went there happy and healthy. When I picked him up, he could barely stand up on his back legs. He was so weak that he couldn't walk properly.... The day I went there to pick him up the lady did not even show up until 10:30 and the dogs were going crazy inside. My puppy was only 5 months old and she put him in the crate for more than 15 hours. He was miserable. The lady (Debbie) sounds really nice and I really did not expect such a poor care. She also was so rude about it... I cried when I saw my puppy walk as he was falling so many times... DO NOT BOARD YOUR PET THERE."

"This is the worst business I have ever used! The owner is extremely rude and degrading. She has records from former students and customers that have had the same experience as I had with her miss treating animals and laughing at customers when they call back unhappy. No matter what you ask her to do she will shave your dog to the point that their skin is showing and will claim your dog is the devil. How this lady is in business is beyond me. She should be in jail for her cruelty to animals and have her business license revoked."
