"We dropped off our Maltese for 3 nights and the staff was very friendly. The facility, which is 45 minutes away from us seemed new and was very nice. They said they would take all the dogs out 5 times a day. They charge $40 per night which is $12 a night more than kennels much closer. Our trip was last minute during the 4th weekend so we did not have a choice. I took off one star because you can only drop off or pick up between 4:30 and 6:00 PM. That was inconvenient for us."

"Great pet care experience. We have a pack of 3 crazies- 2 pit rescues and a Great Dane (130# puppy). Not every kennel would welcome them (breed restrictions), but this one did with open arms. Our pack came home tired (from playing), happy, and clean! Our Dane is a wild handful and still got the care our pit girls did- out 4 times a day to play. We appreciate Paws and Relax Pet Care for taking care of our four legged kiddos. Thank you for the updates and the pics and all the love you gave our pups while we were alway. Facilities were clean and quiet, all pups in boarding seemed happy and relaxed. Great environment for our puppies “vacation” while the family vacationed."

"We saw Savana Keller the groomer today & had a wonderful experience. She is very eager to please & truly cared about my request/opinion & my dog. She was willing to correct or change anything immediately if I was unsatisfied. This was the best grooming experience I’ve had so far & I think my dog would agree as she was ready to play & happy when I picked her up unlike other grooming experiences. She truly cares about the animals & the customer satisfaction. Side note-we’ll be using the boarding in the near future, but from what I have experienced it is also very much geared towards the happiness of pup & customer. Neither service seems to just be in it for the income."
