"First time boarding our 6 month old puppy. He seemed to like the facility. Appears clean and well kept inside and out. Staff was friendly and appeared to be concerned for our puppy. Will board there again if needed."

"We dropped off our dog on Friday, and they called us Sunday night saying we had to come get him because he had been howling the whole time he was there. If he was howling all that much, they could’ve called earlier than Sunday night when we were in church and spending time with family. They also charged us some extra hidden fees. It really ruined my family time. I would give them a 0 if I could."

"Stopped by today to check out their kennels. I was there at 5:35, the posted hours said they were open until 6pm. Door was locked so I called the number posted on the note on the door. She told me that I would have to come back during business hours and if I could look at the clock that I could see that they were about to close. When I told her that I was standing in her drive way, she flew out the door - talking loudly, telling me that she didn't have time for me. Sorry, but if anyone talks in that tone to a potential customer, there's No Way I would leave an animal with her."
