"This office at CofC only hires the most incompetent personnel possible. They charged me twice for a permit pass I returned and refused to acknowledge their mistake. Subsequently, when calling for information about permit expiration, the male employee who answered was extremely sarcastic unnecessarily for a simple question. The website information conflicted with the office information and I sought clarification. It's shameful for the College to make students, who pay high and unreasonable parking fees, deal with this kind of unprofessional atitiude. I can only say I'm thankful to never have to deal with these idiots again. If you can find an alternative for using this office and their services, do it."
