"While I can’t comment on the property itself because we never had a chance to make it there, I’d give Jan, the owner, 0 stars if it let me. I never write negative reviews, but here goes. We booked one of their properties during the early stages of Covid. When my husband and I weren’t feeling well enough to travel, Jan was kind enough to offer a credit and told me exactly how to phrase my message to accept the credit. She told me to save the information for my records and that there was no expiration. Fast forward to present 4/2022. I reached out to Jan via messaging as I saw a posting about their properties closing. She responded that it only one of the rental units closing. I responded that I was happy we could still book the trip. She rudely stated that I wouldn’t be getting a “free” vacation. “Free” after the $1000 I had already paid ?!? All of the correspondence was still readily accessible through VRBO messaging. Be very careful in choosing to rent any of their properties. This is a woman with no integrity in honoring her word. She essentially stole a vacation from a hard working nurse and my 20 year Army veteran husband who had just returned from Afghanistan. Disappointing to say the least."

"Yes, everything was over my expectations. I love the high ceilings and the privacy. And the location was 5 stars. Waking up downtown is something I would never get if I chose a cookie cutter motel. Everything is walking distance. I will be back."
