"Can't speak to all the services here, but we were matched with Loren for speech services. She's very nice and my son liked her however, she was completely unreliable. Out of the 8+ weeks were we were suppose to have weekly speech sessions with her we've only had 2 sessions. She would cancel the day-of then cancel the makeup session (also the day of). She didn't seem to take her job seriously, and as a consequence my son missed out on much needed therapy time. It's totally irresponsible to the children under her care. 2 stars is honestly very generous however, there are other providers that hopefully take their jobs more seriously who work at this company."

"After 2 years of service the therapist came up with bogus excuses to discharge our son of services that he really needed, without notice. I would not recommend this place to anyone as the director supported the therapist in the way she discharged services and I can only conclude that she does not have the children's best interest in mind."

"Love the experience here! Megan and Hailey are very great with my son and so patient with him! They’ve helped me soo much and I am forever grateful for them. Wish they could be his therapist forever because he loves them. On his off days, he’s asking about coming to therapy. He has progressed so much thanks to them. "My son received OT and speech therapy here before we moved. He looked forward to his appointments with Lindsey and liked each speech therapist he had over the time we were there. The waiting room is nice and keeps younger siblings entertained. Michelle and others helped if she ever got bored by supplying new toys. We miss it so much!"
