"I went in on a Wednesday and the person who is normally working the front was t there and the person they had filling that position wasn’t familiar enough with the process to take the order for the two tyr swim parkas to get monogramed. The woman in the back who was obviously stressed said she would call me and send me the information so my order would be able to be completed within the week time frame that was given. However I never received a call or text or email with the information and when I called back I was told she would call, text or email me and then here it is four days later and I still haven’t received ANY contact from them. When I called at 1:30 today I got the same response and when I responded that I was given that same response last week the woman lost it and started yelling that I could come pick up my things so I told her I would and I did just that. Leaving parkas that are $125 each with no receipt of service or any information isn’t professional but the attitude in which I was given bc they’re unprofessional and obviously are struggling to get jobs done while being professional is clearly not able to happen. If you’re busy that’s great but if you continue to not make time to actually do what you say maybe instead of screaming at the customer try apologizing and taking responsibility for your lack of professionalism. Twin girls in this area will need PLENTY of items monogrammed for swim and for school and we will make sure to share how rude and unprofessional this establishment and the owners are!"

"Awesome customer service on a detailed embroidery order. I had a corporate logo I needed to have added on some golf polo shirts and Amanda took care of everything (including digitizing the graphic). The needle work was top notch in a material I had been told by many other places could not be embroidered on. I will be using their services again in the future. I read the other reviews before going, and In my personal opinion, the prices were good. If you want good quality things, you have to be willing to work a little harder to afford good quality things!
