"Customer service has really gone downhill. The store is so cramped it’s hard to look at anything. There are piles of old inventory all along the register and the back. We had over $150 in items in a pile at the register when we asked about one of the shirts in the very back. We were directed to a more expensive boys shirt and dress so our kids could match. When we stated we only wanted the original shirt we picked out and not the matching set, the worker rolled her eyes at us and put it back. It was not a fun experience and I started to put things back on the shelves. Used to love going here."

"This store is so stinking cute! I'm not a parent, but I was shopping for my 4 year old nephew. I told Karen a little bit about him, and she helped me pick out several different items! I ended up with some clothes and a really cool remote control monster truck since he likes anything with wheels! They had clothing and items for a variety of ages and all very well organized."

"This store is amazing! So many options, especially hard to find boys clothes! Staff was so helpful. They went above and beyond when I was looking for certain items. Even calling other stores to see if they had an item. Very unique toys for all ages! Loved the selection for older kids also. Hard to find cute tween clothes, but this store had so many options!! Thank you for a fun experience! Definitely recommend for all your kids needs!!"

"This store is so cute but wow is the experience being inside so unpleasant. I've been in twice now, both times wearing my baby. The second time with my sister in tow. Both times the women have hawk-eye watched me and followed us through the tiny store. We were looking at an item and the women were so close and just kept watching or asking if we need anything. It gave off major "they think I'm going to steal something" or "they think I can't afford anything" vibes. To the point that my sister even pointed out this behavior when we left. We love a lot of the brands they carry but all of it can be found online or elsewhere for better prices. Just not worth your time."

"visiting my in-laws in town and came upon the store, my daughter was eating a muffin in her stroller, there were many things that I would have bought, my daughter threw her muffin in the floor and a worker came to see what was going on as I was cleaning it. My mother in law told her that we just had a little spill, she mumbled under her breath as she passed my mother in law to get the broom “that’s why the sign says no food” mind you I was using baby wipes to clean anything out of the floor and had 90% of it before she had came over. She was very rude and uptight and brought a trash can up to my stroller and started swiping the muffin crumbs from the stroller off of my daughter’s lap. I did not ask for her help to clean up or even touch my daughter and was more concerned with leaving the store clean. My mother in law stepped out because she was appalled at her behavior, and she heard several customers talking about how rude and uptight she was as they were walking out. After my experience I did not purchase anything that I would have and I will not be going back."
