"I have stayed at this location on and off for almost a whole year. The location is very convenient, the staff has excellent customer service, very friendly and they go above and beyond. 3 people of the staff have stood out to me the most. Jessica the general manager definitely knows how to run a business. She has things fixed when needed to be fixed or will find another room to move to. Christina R one of the front desk associates has a heart of gold. She will run around the hotel making sure everything is good and everyone is satisfied. And Demetria is the best housekeeper I've ever met. All 3 of these ladies will go above and beyond. If I ever come back and need a hotel to stay at this is and will be the only hotel I stay at."

"Front office lady was super nice ! But I want to do a good deed today these pictures they have online are complete lies ! Whole place smells like cigarettes dogs barking it’s actually comical but I just don’t want anyone to have false expectations me and my wife checked in and the front office lady was so nice she let us go give the room a look I wouldn’t stay there for free just a heads up don’t pay until you at least go look and see if it’s for you just didn’t feel safe at all hope this helps someone"

"This is an amazing hotel to stay! The staff is awesome and they are very caring! Ms Christina and the GM Jessica are the most nicest people I have ever met! They made sure that my kids and myself had every essential needed! I have no complaints and I would truly recommend people to come and enjoy their stay! The location is everything as well especially for shopping and getting food! All and all it was a great stay and I appreciate them both! Someone should give them a raise!!!"

"I had to give a star because would not let me give them an egg. The site stinks, rooms dirty, and staff is rude. These are all lies maybe the staff doing the friendly reviews. They need to shut this spruill avenue hotel. Sort of like a legal drug house. I'm not sure why they are even showing up as a option. The hotel is cheap for this reason I can get a roo. At the aloft for the same price and way better quality. Check out priceline and don't rent here. They lie about why things don't work."

"Giving this a 5, mainly because of the staff particularly, Jessica. We had just traveled over 20 hrs and got her early. Jessica had her team work on getting our room ready early. Then we accidentally double booked through a 3rd party and she helped cancel the second room. Really went above and beyond. The other staff was also very kind whenever they saw my family as well. The rooms were pretty basic but the staff earns the 5."
