"I would give Nix Florist 0 stars if possible. My mother and I ordered 2 different standing arrangements for my father’s memorial service. They made 2 of the same. The second one wasn’t even close to what we ordered. What makes it worse is that we went to the shop to order them. We picked out the ribbon and told them what colors we wanted used. It was completely wrong. They weren’t even delivered until 45 minutes before the service. Utterly horrible. They have messed up several previous orders as well. They will never get any business from me again."

"Please beware if you are ordering through a third party that you WILL NOT get what you paid for!! I ordered a Mother’s Day Bouquet to be delivered to my mother today. I ordered through a trusted website (FTD) as I have used them before and had great arrangements delivered on different occasions by other local florists in a different area. No problem. So I completed my order thinking that I would be similarly satisfied. Today came, and my mother sent me a picture of what she was delivered. I was immediately upset! It looked like something that was picked out of someone’s back yard. There was more “filler” than actual flowers! I called FTD and they contacted the florist. They offered to go “rearrange them” but I wasn’t interested because it would be the same lackluster product! I requested a partial or full refund via the FTD agent. He came back on the phone and said that a full refund was being processed for me. Ok cool. A few hours later, my mother calls to say that they are there to pick up her flowers! Honestly, I didn’t mind because the flowers are not satisfactory AT ALL!! But I’m upset with the fact of them going to get a gift from my mother because THEY didn’t do a satisfactory job! Bad business! If you are the reason for a customer being dissatisfied you do what you can to make it right and eat whatever loss. Take it as a lesson and do better! Cancel your contract if you can’t provide the level of quality that FTD offers! I would attach pictures, but google doesn’t allow."
