"I visited the Walterboro store (#98) on 2/28 around 6:35 after leaving It's Fashion following a terrible deliver of customer service. It is proper etiquette to acknowledge customer entering your store. This did not occur when I walked through the doors at It's Fashion. I was in the store for 5 minutes with no acknowledgement or offer of assistance by the two ladies on duty, so I did not spend a dime of my money in the store. Instead I walked out and went a few doors down to Cato Fashion. The two ladies in Cato Fashions...Regina and Ally were phenomenal and exemplified A+ customer service. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. Regina was courteous, friend and definitely a positive representative of the store. Her mannerism, courtesy and professional service is welcoming and inviting for customer and will definitely result in repeat customers. Cato Fashion these ladies are model employees to be commended for a job well done. The quality of the clothing is great, and because of the service rendered by these two ladies, I delightful spent more than I planned too and would recommend the store to family and friend, as well as anyone looking to spend their money in a store where your presence is acknowledged and valued. Job well done ladies. Keep up the good work!"

"My name is Ashley, I came into catos last night around 6:50pm and this lady who I thought was kind enough to help me, helped me.. but I mentioned how tiny I was and that I’m looking for a petite size. She then proceeds to tell me, “ I wish I had your problems.” And “you need to eat a cheeseburger.”"

"Went in there on Thursday. Had two returns, ended up exchanging them. This is my favorite place to shop. The heavyset women that was taken care of me ( if you can call it that) was the rudest person I've ever came across. I don't know if I interrupted her biscuit break or what. There was no greeting, I picked my bag back up so I could look at my receipts. She came from behind me and snatched the bag away.. Ended the transaction and still not a word. Not even have a good day.. Then I remembered a conversation that two co workers were having when I made that first purchase.. They were talking about how neither of them wanting to work with a certain someone at the store.. Oh so I thought, this must be the certain someone they were talking about.. Now I understand I would not want to work with her either. If she is there next time I come in I will turn and walk out.. I don't need her negativity"
