"We had a very good friend's sister pass away and wanted to send flowers. I located a florist with beautiful flowers and great reviews in the same town. I placed the order on Monday in the morning and received a cancellation late in the afternoon on Tuesday with the only explanation that they were closed. The funeral is on Wednesday not leaving me anytime to locate another florist not to mention that no other florist delivers to this remote little town. I am trying to understand and I do not like writing bad reviews but this cancellation has placed me in a very bad position. I have tried phoning and emailing but there has been no answer. In the email cancellation I was told that my credit card would be refunded but I have not received it as of yet. I would really like to know why this has happened since this florist has had so many wonderful dream reviews as to why she has made my order a nightmare. Thank you."
