"It’s not worth it . Please don’t waste your money here."
"Horrible experience living here. Apartments are pure dumps with unlivable and decrepit furniture. Charge you ridiculous rates if you happen to lose or break something. Doors are hotel style and close automatically, so be prepared to lock yourself out often. Management is unreasonable and only cares about screwing you out of as much money as Possible. If I could give this place 0 stars I would."
"Worst Housing Experience of my life. Disgusting living conditions, dangerous glass and hazards everywhere. Laundry room and computer room are covered with grime and out of service frequently. Rude, condescending staff. Save your money and sanity by finding another place to stay, or another place for your child/student to stay."
"The management doesnt care about the residents. Students are suppose to worry about moving out while final exams are going on. The Management is very Inconsiderate. You are better off getting an apartment instead of staying here. Be warned."
"Pretty grounds and an excellent location in central Augusta. University Village is maintained by Augusta University. Location has a pool, a hiking trail, emergency phones stationed all around the perimeter, and is patrolled by Augusta University Public Safety police officers."
