"I swear if I could give negative stars, I would. The incompetence of the billing department at this hospital is unmatched!!! I have given them my insurance 7 times! Even once when the adjuster from my insurance company was directly on the line with me, and yet, they are still calling and trying to bill me!!!!"
"This is the worst childrens hospital I have ever been to. I was waiting 7 hours before I got into a room, bathrooms were nasty had poop everywhere. Customer service was terrible all the nurses did was talk."
"If there was less than one star I would choose that because I believe one star is a little gracious for this hospital ,I’ve been sitting in the ER for the past 3 1/2 hours with an infant that has an eaten in four days and has lost 10 pounds running a high fever of 101+ they’ve taken patients that have gotten here after us before us to see the doctor they said that they prioritize I think it’s a priority that they find out what’s wrong with a child that hasn’t eaten anything in four days is lethargic and has a fever of 101+ and has lost 10 pounds but I guess that’s not a priority I highly recommend finding a different hospital if you have a baby that needs medical assistance because this place is a damn joke staff and doctors are all clowns and just wanna chitchat and ha ha well patients are in need of urgent medical care"

"My daughter’s pediatrician told me to take her to the ER. She had been diagnosed with a double ear infection and a cold the day prior to taking her. Her fever was 104 with Tylenol and Motrin in her system. She was refusing to eat or drink anything, had 2 pee diapers over 12 hours. She told me to take her to get fluids and to check to see if she had a UTI as well due to other symptoms. The Dr who was working was a young white male Dr (unsure of his name) was awful. When I told him my daughter’s medical history and said she had a certain health condition his exact words was “already… at her age?” And gave me a look like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Just because something is rare at that age to be diagnosed with, doesn’t mean it can’t happen. No fluids were given, he looked in her ears and said she had no infection in either of them and said she just had a cold. They never even re checked her temp after triage which was one of the reasons she was brought in. The nurse Danielle did a catheter on her and acted as if she had never done one before. My daughter is 2. She has had multiple catheters due to recurrent UTI’s and has never screamed like that before when getting one. She even said after inserting it she couldn’t find whatever she needed to allow her pee to drain. So she kept fishing for it while the other nurse (unsure of name) pushed on my daughter’s stomach to force it to drain. Not to mention, the nurse didn’t even know how to put gloves on the sterile way. She was laughing by how badly she put them on and said this is the worst she’s put on gloves since nursing school. After she did the catheter because she caused my daughter so much pain, she then proceeded to hug her when I was grabbing her a diaper. She sees 100+ sick patients who have all different type of sicknesses (c diff, covid, flu, etc) and thought it was appropriate to hug a toddler who was already sick. I was so mad at this point, I was just ready to get out of there. I call her pediatricians office that next morning and she made me bring her in. Her ears that her claimed were not infected, ended up being so badly infected both ear drums were bulging almost to the point it was about to rupture due to the antibiotic not working fast enough that she was on. She had to be given a shot + 10 days of an oral antibiotic and an inhaler. Needless to say, I was blown away by the lack of education these Doctors and Nurses had that are suppose to be treating sick children. With this being the only children’s ER in our area, they need to do better. This is unacceptable."
