"I stopped in today. The staff is extremely rude, and the largest size they carry is a 2X. They advertise that they carry Petite through 4X. I checked every item in the store, 2X is the largest size in store. Additionally, nobody offered to help me. I would never go back!!"

"My favorite "go to" shop for casual to dressy casual. Always welcoming, beautifully displayed color palette arranged styling, that all coordinates season to season without being redundant. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful with each other and every customer. I always feel like I'm shopping with a group of friends."

"I have shopped at J. Jill for years and it is where I purchase all of my clothing. I generally do not post reviews but today I had the worst customer experience ever! I went into the Greenville store specifically in search of a poncho that was sold out online. They did not have it in the store so I asked a saleswoman if she could try to locate it at another store. I then stood there as she ran off and around the store to wait on other people without a word to me. So, I figured I would try on a few items while waiting for her to get to my request. While finishing up in the dressing room, she came in and said she could not locate it. I asked if she had called all the area stores and she quickly huffed she called 3 stores and could not wait on me any longer as she walked off. Really!?!?! Is this how you treat loyal customers who spend thousands and thousands of dollars in your store every year? I stood there with a pile of clothes to purchase in disbelief! To make matters worse, I followed her to the counter and asked her who she called. She pulled the list out of the garbage and told me I could call customer service to try to locate the item myself. My fault...I thought she was part of customer service! So, I sat down in the store to call the remaining stores on the list. On my first call, I located the item and had it shipped. The salesperson even extended a discount. Thankfully, good service is still being offered at the Blakeney store in Charlotte, NC as it was absent today in Greenville, SC. Needless to say, I dumped the pile of clothing in my arms and concluded my unenjoyable shopping day at J. Jill."
