"We have been with Southern P. Since 2018. Today, they refused to see my child since we were late.I explained I am coming from work and had to go to pick up my child from school and had to fight the traffic back to Lexington. The person at the register was rude. She stated that the provider, Allyson von Kannel can't take us in anymore.While I was explaining that I can't take days off or leave early, she continued giving me morning or early afternoon times. Then, they started to say that they are there until 8...plus they recommend me the Batesburg office. So they cannot schedule me after 4 but they are there until 8? It is such a shame that hard working individuals are being treated like this when it comes about their children ' s healthcare. No empathy, no caring. Like somebody else mentioned, our time is not important when we have to wait one hour for a five minutes consultation?! I know that this is not how I treat my parents as a teacher."
