"As a new patient, I had about a 2 hour wait prior to seeing the doctor, although the very thorough PA had come in first. I'm not sure Dr. Poletti listened to my 3 areas of concern, as he really only addressed one of those concerns and ordered an MRI. He really did not seem interested or maybe he was just preoccupied with another patient. In all fairness, I will reserve my judgment until after my follow-up appointment to fairly assess my experience and restate my rating then."
