"$150 the night they have no doble bed, so I had to get an inflatable bed,I had to keep blowing it up so that was uncomfortable and it was a twin size that they gave me. Also, they have no room service. There are no phones in the room, so you can't call the front desk unless it's from your phone. Also, you have to go get it the stuff that you need because they don't bring it to you. The mirror was dirty, and the night crew at the front desk there were on the phones they didn't say hi or anything and when check in there was no smile or welcome to the hotel nothing it was just straight to the point we have this you want it bad experience and very expensive for what you get and the coffee shop was close"

"I would give it no stars if possible. Currently staying here for the next 3 weeks and the air conditioning does not work (day 3, been asking for it to be looked at daily). Front desk refuses to give a non-availability even though they are unable to provide the most basic need. I’m constantly waking up at 0300-0400 from a pile of sweat. On day 4 supposively someone will take a look at it. Ridiculous how JTR forces visitors to utilize government quarters when they can’t provide a basic need. The main lobby is warm too. You’re better sleeping outside since it’s colder. You can’t open the windows because there is no option to. Save your $150 and get something better and cheaper off base."
