"I love the staff and Doctor. They schedule appointments accordingly and it's never an all day wait to see the doctor. What I like the most about Dr. Martin is that he truly cares about treating what needs to be treated no more no less and doesn't force pharmaceuticals down my children's throat. Also the doctor office isn't an "corporate" feeling doctor office. I feel like we are actually being taking care of and not just another patient."

"I would like to start by saying that the receptionist is very sweet & my review in no way reflects her or her professionalism. If you are going to this doctor to find a relatable & outgoing pediatrician for your child/children, I would consider going elsewhere. I found myself answering my own questions between the silence of our “conversation”. Unfortunately, I don’t believe I received any new knowledge or comfort from our visit at this facility. I would also like to add, and I don’t know how to say this nicely, but the place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since the day it was built."

"I came in to fill out paperwork for my 4 children to switch them to this practice. Everything went well. The receptionist was so helpful and sweet! Appointments were scheduled with no issues. But then after the doctor saw one of my children, the doctor had his receptionist call and tell me he would not see my kids. My child was not unruly, and neither was I. It was actually a quiet visit because the doctor's bedside manner was uninviting, especially working with children. Furthermore, after I asked to speak with him as to why he decided to not accept my children he stated that he felt as if I would ask to much of him and that he will not get paid! All my children have insurance, and none of them are sickly, nor did I ask much of him while there. But as I told him, I'm just glad he was honest so that my children can go elsewhere instead of not receiving the proper care. Also, just a side note, the office looks run down and is just a hole in the wall. But again the receptionist is very sweet! Hopefully, if you choose to go here, your experience is better than ours."
