"The most comprehensive and compassionate care I’ve ever received at a Doctor’s Care location. I was treated with kindness and empathy, and the clinician I saw was able to treat me for two separate problems (I thought my symptoms were all connected) and get me feeling substantially better by the time I left. I would highly recommend this location."
"NP was afraid to get close to me,she pick up an instrument to look in my ear,I ask her do you make prognosis without an exam, told her I was previously tested for 99% of contagious disease and up to date on seniors vaccine and had records on hand after those words she looked in my ear and with some facial expression either I don't no or probably, I told her I have been using doctors care before 2008 and always got good results, she says this is urgent care more less a doctors office, they keep giving me the run around about tetanus shot/vaccine, one said your insurance don't cover it,one said we don't give it unless you come in with a cut, didn't wanna give me price, when I call in one said you don't need appointment for Tetanus.I ask np should I went to sinus specialist ,she said probably a good idea, this is allergy season, where else to go on weekends and ya don't have a primary, I ask her for recommendations, she rumbled to herself."
"I went today with pain neck, headaches, pain going down both arms. The doctor was give me medication plus refill existing medications. So I waited 45 minutes for my prescriptions. To find out Doctor didn't send prescriptions for my current pain! There office did not you think that was important. I had go back to Doctors office for prescription that I really needed!!. I paid Cash for Doctors visit. I would Not recommend this Clinic."
"As an employer I sent my employees to one of their offices with poor results. They tried to over bill my company then double bill my employees for 1 visit. The last straw was when a person from their staff openly admitted to sharing patient information with outside parties. When I voiced my concerns I was targeted with them telling my employee lies about me. After that they “discharged” me with no explanation other than retaliation for my complaint. Oh yeah they also called my new employer to tell them even more lies about me. This company should be investigated and shut down immediately before they hurt more people."
"I came to bring my daughter in for a sports physical because her scheduled appointment with her doctor is a week after this is needed. I left her insurance documents at home, but arrived at 7:45 and 3rd in line. I was advised by the very curt, agent that the insurance on file was inactive. No worries, I began calling to her Dr to get that information because no one was at home to get it to me. As I was on the phone, she literally called back about 4/5 people who came AFTER her. I went to address the clerk who then told me she could not process my daughter until a confirmation of payment. Are you kidding me? I specifically told her that if she was out before I got through to the insurance, that I would pay the $40 for her visit. She told me then, that she was in line to be called in the order in which she signed up. At 9:08 we were still in the waiting room and several others have been called back. I addressed this pompous clerk telling her that, that type of information should be passed on because I would never allow her to miss important classes for a payment. She stated with a very condescending tone "I did say that, which is why you were on the phone with your insurance." DO NOT attempt to insult me with your assumptions and when I told her that is NOT why I was on with them, I made it very clear that I would pay out of pocket she reverted to the "I'm a victim" role by stating "I'm not going to argue with you." How insulting and I was livid. Is this your training method when you are clearly WRONG? How would you feel if you were not communicated to that your child would not be seen unless you said up front, how you would pay EVEN THOUGH you made it very clear that if you can't reach the insurance company that you will pay. Perhaps specify that until you get a definitive answer, they will not be added to the wait list. More than anything, her tone and typical victim persona made me very uncomfortable. She blatantly LIED and I corrected her so to view that as an argument means she needs training and/or better communication skills. Not to mention she tried to hand me a bill from 11/22 for a sports physical in which I paid. If you won't even see a patient without confirmation of payment, how does one leave without paying? Do your research as I am very busy."
