"WORST PLACE I'VE EVER STAYED. The front desk associate gave another couple a key to our room. Our door was opened late at night when my coworker and I were asleep. The front desk agent called our room and asked me to basically prove I was supposed to be there. She was so incompetent she could not find my reservation with my name, email, date. She told me to come to the front with my receipt. I called back and said search my confirmation number.. she found it instantly. Why didnt she ask that in the first place?? Then she hung up on me. No apology or anything. I went to the front and asked for the property manager's contact information. I sent him a message explaining the situation and asked for a refund.. more than fair. He was horrible to get in touch with and then after replying once, never got back to me and I never heard fromt him again. Not only was what happened completely unsafe, I cannot believe how the desk associate and property manager treated me. I was more than kind given what happened and should have been given a refund but what is most upsetting is not once did I recieve anything close to an apology. Take your business elsewhere."

"We were in town from Florida for our sons wedding and we booked this hotel. What a great hotel! Super clean, very affordable, breakfast every morning, snacks at night and the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in. As a matter of fact, I took a picture of the label because we are definitely buying one for our house. I highly recommend staying here! Staff was very friendly. They also have a pool. They have a washer & dryer and plenty of parking. Very safe, lit up outside at night."

"This place was AMAZING! I wasn't sure what to expect but this place blew me away! Definitely exceeded all of my expectations. The facility is well kept and clean, the inside is clean and smells fresh. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, and my room was super clean. My room was immaculate! I have absolutely no complaints with this place and highly recommend it should you ever need to stay in Aiken. Adding this place to my favorites."
