Fundamental is one of the largest players in the reverse consolidation business. I had a difficult and complex deal they initially denied until I provided a summary as to why it should be funded. This company like an funder has stipulations that have to be met because it's "unsecured money." Would you lend some business $70,000 and not do your due diligence? Use your head. My ISO Manager Angie communicated throughout the process and walked me through everything. Funding and Underwriting answered my questions within minutes to guide me through. Yes, there were not unreasonable conditions, but the funder has to feel comfortable. Jesse, the Chief Revenue Officer, Underwriting and Funding did hold my hand during the entire process. The clients native language was spanish. Fundamental even has spanish speaking funders that walk you through the funding process so your merchant feels comfortable. If the merchant is not comfortable, forget and hang up your flag and give up. It was very stressful with the language barrier, but the ENTIRE COMPANY, FUNDING, MANAGEMENT, ANGIE IN THE ISO DIVISION, UNDERWRTING MADE IT A REWARDING EXPERIENCE. THE MERCHANT SAVED 40%. LISTEN TO THEM AND DO NOT FIGHT THE SYSTEM. If the deal makes sense, they will consider doing it. Terrific job! If you are not patient, it won't happen. Be patient and follow their lead."
