Reviews
"Rude back staff who rushes patients who they feel they already know what’s wrong by hearing an explanation of what’s wrong. Not willing to give proper test or write prescriptions because they say it’s not effective. UNPROFESSIONAL at its finest! Not every patient’s diagnosis is going to be the same"
"The woman at the front desk was on her phone and didn’t realize I was there. Once I actually got to a room, everyone was very kind. The nurses were attentive and helped to calm me down. The doctor was informative and made sure I understood everything he told me."
"I went there yesterday for experiencing horrible symptoms of COVID and other than being kinda being made to feel dumb for needing a wheelchair because of how weak I was by the triage nurse, everything else went well. However, today my sister went in to get a COVID test because she wasn’t feeling good, she was questioned why she didn’t go to our place of work to get it done and why our unit would do one for her by the lady up front. We both work in the medical field but for a different hospital. I feel as thought these are inappropriate questions to be asking and highly rude. Doesn’t matter where we work if we are coming there then you need to still treat us with respect, medical or not. The compassion and understanding is lacking. I can honestly say that things like this would not be tolerated at our hospital so yeah next time instead of going to a place near our home we will just go to our place of work to be evaluated. I hope things change so others don’t experience feeling dumb or unwanted for seeking medical attention."
"Dr. Andy and the nurses were all incredibly kind in a moment of panic. They helped and talked me through what was a scary experience for myself and gave me many options on how to check on a device. They also were kind enough to make sure I was relaxed and not having anxiety regardless on how we proceeded forward. Dr. Andy was kind and understanding of my fears without me having to say everything aloud. I would absolutely see him as a PCM, but both his gentle soul and the kind nurses who saw me are needed in what would've been a terrifying environment otherwise."
"Woman at front desk was indeed rude. I don't understand these people, if you don't like your job then find a new one; don't take your bad attitude out on others. The woman who did blood work was so kind and sweet and the real reason for this review. If you go here solely for labs it's good. She was an absolute delight."
