"This was an initial visit for me as I had been looking for a new doctor. I felt comfortable their moment I walked in. The folks at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. Laurie took me back and did vitals and initial info gathering. Dr. Rice was wonderful. I got so many questions answered and now have more information on my medical issues. I am so glad to have found Nicole Rice DO and look forward to a new approach to taking care of my health."

"Dr Rice was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about me. She spent an adequate amount of time with me. The biggest problem occurred when I checked in at the front desk. My appointment was scheduled for 1:00pm. I checked in at approximately 12:50ish. I was the only person in the waiting room. Five more patients checked in over the next 40 minutes. After waiting until 1:45 pm I went to the front desk and said how long I had been waiting. There was a an examination of the computer screen and apparently there was some issue with the check in process. Having been a quality assurance manager at one point in my career, I know all errors are either random or systematic. I think this is an issue that needs to be addressed. This has never happened to me in the Roper system since I started with them in 2016."
