"Unfortunately my experience was not great at Non Surgical Spine. Dr. Alexander and team were kind and professional. I was over charged for the results I received. Laser therapy was relaxing but a massage would have proven more cost effective and less time consuming. My insurance was charged for test but no treatment was offered. The spine injections worked for about 30 days for herniated disc. When I advised treatment was not successful, Dr. Alexander prescribed a medication with horrific side effects but he didn't discuss with me before or after prescribing. I called my PCP and he advised me to stop meds immediately. This medicine could have caused significant damage to my health. I found this unacceptable, when I spoke with Dr. Alexander he said "if you want your money back I'll refund it". I advised I'd prefer to have the results the website advertises. After prayerful consideration, I wrote him to request a partial refund because I still needed treatment for severe pain.I received no response. In my opinion 2024 needs to be the year of Accountability for everyone including physicians. I'm happy your service work for many but it was a costly fail for me. Fortunately great chiropractic care resolved my pain."
