"Been a member here for years and last year froze my account due to an injury. Had 18 accrued massages from monthly dues and they out of nowhere terminated all of my visits I paid for and also hung up the phone when discussing the situation. Very unprofessional and I will say if you’d like to not be able to ever get an appointment, join here and you’ll be left in the dark. What a joke !!"

"Thank you for letting me know at 6pm the night before that my appointment was cancelled due to an employee being sick. NOT EVEN 24 HOURS NOTICE. But yet if I did this to you, I would still be charged. Unbelievable. Oh, and then when I call you back to try to reschedule, I get no answer on the phone. GREAT JOB. not."

"I have to share my MANY experiences with Massage Envy - West Ashley (975 Savannah Hwy, Charleston, SC) and Houston Northcut. I had been a client of theirs for more than 10 years. They had a massage therapist shortage and were still charging my card EVERY MONTH at full price for MONTHS and months. I wasn't able to book ANY massages that were built up (more than $600 worth) due to this, so they were charging money without ANYONE (not just me), not being able to book or use the services. They are STEALING money from their customers, when they Can NOT book services. I tried to book at other locations, but they charged more fees- I paid it anyways. They then CANCELLED my account without a signature, so I was unable to use up my credits. The robbed me of over $500! I am SURE they are doing this to others. If you are a member of the West Ashley store, I highly suggest using your credits ASAP elsewhere bc they will CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT without your permission. Then I booked at Mt Pleasant. They cancelled 3 appointments on me. I text them back and called back and left MULTIPLE messages to rebook. No one ever did. I finally reached someone after 3 weeks of trying. Megan promised me she would work with me on my remaining credits, but when I was told I had to pay (2 hours before my massage), that she WOULD NOT honor my credits and they are charging me full price for the massage!!! WHAT A JOKE! Speaking to their manager, Dustin, and Megan in Mt Pleasant is a complete waste of time. The worst customer service in Charleston. You can go to the mall for a walk in massage that's cheaper and WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT. Massage ENVY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL. GO ELSEWHERE."
