"Dr. Campbell is the only reason I stay. The staff is horrible, won’t answer phone calls or respond to messages on the patient portal. Can’t even get my refills without driving up there, I’ve never seen such a lack of care from a doctors office before."

"Dr. Hanna is wonderful and the only reason I continue to go there. However his new staff is awful. They don't answer the phone or return calls. I needed to transfer a prescription to another pharmacy bc my pharmacy was out of it. After not getting anyone to answer the phone or call me back, I drove up there several times for several days, each time I was told it was being transferred right then. Finally I asked to speak to his nurse, apparently she is also new She basically said it was my fault and when I got upset she told me to leave.i left in tears. My prescription wasn't transferred until after the pharmacy closed. I have never seen a nurse act so rude and unprofessional in my life.I already have blood pressure problems . After leaving the office I was so upset my blood pressure was up to 178 over 114 and my mom thought she was going to have to take me to the hospital. No one should have to go through that kinda hell just to get a prescription transferred."

"I am new to this practice but Dr. Stuart Dawson has taken care of me for many years. He is the finest doctor that I have ever seen. He has helped me get my blood pressure, cholesterol, and diabetes under control. He cares about his patients, takes his job seriously, and has gone above and beyond to help me. I trust him completely and have followed him everywhere since my first initial visit. I hope to have him as my doctor for the rest of my life since I am not sure I'd still be here without him, given my family history of short life spans. I am truly blessed to have him as my care giver."

"Horrible! We started going here almost two years ago. My husband and I love Dr Campbell, she really takes her time to talk to you and get to know what is going on. However, my husband was given medication that worked really well for him but he had trouble getting his refill recently. Has called for an entire week, left multiple messages to no avail. On the rare occasion someone calls back they do not follow through. I have no idea if Dr Campbell is even aware or if no one cares. He has been sick for 3 days now and still no resolution. Never again. Also, don’t go for an appointment unless you have a good 2.5 hours of time to dedicate to it and beware of paying your copay in the office and having them email you added bills for no apparent reason. Ridiculously unprofessional!"
