"Wait time is one hour or more. When doctor arrives it rush time fast talking and head down fast typing no eye to eye contact. Will be looking for a new place. Wanted to like it for the convenience"

The office replied and scheduled a virtual visit after her last patient was seen, around 7pm that same night. She prescribed medicine and sent it to pharmacy that same evening too.
